I work Fridays from 8am-5pm.
I am contracted with Blue Shield, Lyra EAP, Medi-Cal (Cal-Viva/Health Net and Anthem Blue Cross) and a few others.
If you have health insurance for which I am not contracted with, I am considered an out of network provider. I can offer you a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to seek reimbursement for services. You would pay for the session fee up front and receive reimbursement from your insurance after giving them the superbill. I can provide that to you weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Yes, I have a few sliding scale and reduce fee slots.
Yes. My office is in Madera, CA. I only accept clients that are located in my community as my schedule is limited and I prefer to serve those in need in my community.
Yes. I use a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform via Simple Practice.
